If the faulty products are under warranty and customers are able to repair by themselves, we can send them corresponding components/chips/spare parts for repairing. If customers are not able to repair by themselves, the faulty items can be sent back to our factory for repairing. Customers will pay the shiping cost for sending the items back to China, and we will pay the shipping cost for sending the repaired units back to customers. The repairing will be free of charge. |

If the faulty products are out of warranty, RMA service is still available. But customers will pay the coming-and-going shipping cost and the repairing charges. |
